Are these still hard to find and demanding big money by scalpers?

I got a SNES classic from Walmart (ordered online, but they were supposedly in-stores too) a couple months ago.

They limited it to 1 per customer though.

The NES classic is supposed to be back in stock this month, on the 29th.

I just saw that BestBuy had them available at all the FL stores online.
So if anyone is still looking they are $80.00.

lol I dont know about scalpers -- I sell them modded (thus the reason my price is above retail) but the fiends have winded down and they are no longer the hot thing to get.. the N64 mini (if they release it) will be a mad dash.. since I know more chicks played that system for some reason than anyone else.. the question will be if nintendo ups the hardware to make it play better or if they are leaving it the same (thus the only 16 games on it)  I will so mod that with the micro sd adapter when I get one.

If they had any sense with the N64 mini they'd let people place pre-orders well in advance, then base the manufacturing run on that. At least meet that demand, if people want to order 5 of the damn things, let them.

I am seeing that BB still has the SNES CLASSIC at all the FL Best Buy stores so looks like the market has been flooded if they haven't sold out at any store by now.
Is there any issues modding the newer release of the SNES classics?

NES Classic was in stock on GameStop.com last night briefly, I checked around 12:30am.

Added one to the cart, got to the checkout process, went to see if it'd let me buy 2 of them (nope - limit 1), then it started with the "this item is no longer available".

I checked other sites - Amazon, Walmart, Target, BestBuy, etc. - nothing on any of them but knock-offs or 3rd part sellers listing them at high prices.

Went back to Gamestop just in case about 15 minutes later, and it actually had them listed again, added one to the cart, got to checkout;

1) Sales tax - no problem, expected that since they've got phyiscal stores here.
2) Shipping options - normal, slower free option, which is nice, or paid faster options. I went with the free one.
3) "Handling" fee. Of course. GameStop still finds a way to gouge. $7-8 "handling" bullshit. What other place charges this bullshit fee anymore?

Nope, they can fuck right off, didn't finish the checkout.

Walked in to target today and got no problem. Plenty of stock.  No reason to hoard these silly things, plenty of them being made now.
