It baffles me that people think these things are worth buying. I gave away a 68 Mustang and a 74 Lincoln about 20 years ago to a guy who thought he was going to restore them. They were my mother in laws and they had been sitting in the yard in Jacksonville for about 20 years. They weren’t right when they were dumped and time had taken it’s toll. They had sunk so far into the sand you couldn’t see under the car. The rust had rust. The interiors were soaked and I’m sure the engines would never turn. I just wanted them gone and was going to pay to have them removed. I had a tree taken out and one of the guys asked me about the cars. I told him he could have them if he could get them out of there and he said he had access to a tow vehicle. I can only imagine what his wife said when he got home.
