the ultimate amazon and/or eBay scam : D
« on: June 26, 2020, 08:33:31 PM »
so...for the last week, i get amazon prime deliveries. tuesday. thursday. today. they're all crap or goofy. problem is...they are using a fake name i have on 1 of my several eBay accounts.

the amazon driver has no clue. said "you'll get an email receipt". um, lol...no i won't.

amazon doesn't track the TBA numbers. they are all coming from amazon stock. i can track the route and warehouse origination.

so what am i in for?

so far received:

a plastic cake knife.

5 roller casters for a chair.

2 down pillow cases.

i'm waiting for a clock that ticks. i'll open that beeotch right up. :P if it's a villager...i like 80s toys.

i told my wife it's a girlfriend trying to move in. cake knife? cuz she cooks. pillow sheets? cuz she wants to slide all up into bed. chair rollers? kinky toys? i got nothing.

man, good stuff. it's hard to prove you are you...when you use fake eBay aliases. the good thing though...you use fake eBay aliases, it raises a huge red flag when you get free crap daily from amazon prime.

the best part? the hacker refunded the dudes money and said, something was broken. wtf? then sold it again, 2 weeks later.

the ebay private message is horrible. the ad was written pretty well. just for fact, that's a $30,000 piece of equipment used. so $5500 should raise HUGE red flags.

double checking my end, this was an eBay breach. if it was on my end, i'd have a lot more compromised stuff. eBay didn't text me about the password change, which i had setup on this account. they just sent an email, to an email address i don't monitor, and it said "all email goes to your new account now" :P

my amazon crap:

lol at eBay...

Hello laptops,

Thank you for writing to eBay with regard to the disconnected chat.

I am sorry to hear that your communication with my colleague has been prematurely ended. I have looked into this and can see that this has been transferred offline reason why the chat has been ended but nonetheless, they could have informed you that they will connect you through email and the chat will be closed. I would like to personally apologize on this as the earlier agent with whom you got in touch failed to meet the quality of eBay Customer Service. Please consider my apologies on behalf of eBay and also the agent who caused the inconvenience. I've forwarded the coaching notes to their manager and I'm confident they'll learn from it and offer better service to members who may get in touch with them in future. Please consider it as a one-time lapse and accept our apology. I'll take this opportunity to give my best possible support to you.

Thank you for contacting eBay. Stay safe always.

Kind regards,

Lisa P.

Im laughing because only you could get yourself inbto something like this. What happens when they send you a new TV or spmething else that has a actual value? And the stuff keeps arriving? This must be some sort of red tape type thing between ebay and amazon and somehow you exist but not to one half at a particular step in the ordering part? Who is actually ordering this stuff, a hijacker of you ebay account? How did they get your passsword just guess it?
 Inquiring minds want to know!

eBay got hacked. not on my end.

k7 has a new TV for free. :)

someone hacked an eBay account i have ignored for a year (i have a lot of eBay accounts). for some reason, they used my address and fake eBay name to send me stupid crap from amazon.

if they hadn't sent me free random crap, it would have been months before i realized someone got into my old eBay account. they shot themselves in the foot.  :P the red flag was the name on the amazone packages.
