could be bad yoke, i had a monitor doing that, and after removing the yoke, it had small "rust" spots on the coils.

jim would probably knows other possibilities.

Had a med res in my 720 and did cap kit with great results.

Screen is dark on the left and bright on the right or does it have Jail type bars on the left?
