FT backbox lights

just picked up the FT from EDC and the lower string of lights are uot on the backbox, something simple? connector maybe? I don't have the manual so I don't know which plugs to check. any help is appreciated

I think I found the problem burned connector on J121 I'll have to get Fred out here

You beat me to it.  J121/122 are notorious for that.  I always replace those first thing.  Also inslect the power connector to the left on the side of the boards.  They are sometimes fried too.

That pin is completely gone as i had known the bottom half of the BB lights only which helped keep glare down was out.Pulls out of the driver board . Yup. . I would have had it  fixed  when and if it bothered me ..   Sure hope he gets me sTTNG back working soon

there is some GI out also along with the pop bumper lights they might all be on the same circuit

here is a first for me, whoever  worked on this pin used home made flipper springs one just failed and now I have a rubber band on the right flipper. I don't have any flipper springs LMAO

PM Me with your address and I will send you a couple of flipper springs.  The BB GI is not tough to fix if you want to do it yourself.

If you ever come across hacks like that, take a pic.  I always go back and laugh at them when I am combing through my pics.

try duct tape and rubber rings in place of top lane plastics. no worries, this pinball is hella much cleaner now ;)

The GI lights and the BB lights are not on the same connector J120 are BB, and J121 are GI,  or vise versa.

Fred was here today and changed five bad pins in the board, three fuses and the battery holder and all is good
