Game Warp 2013 Hotel Room Reservations are OPEN!

You can now book your Game Warp 2013 Hotel Room and get in on the special rate. We have secured the $89.00 a night rate again this year which is actually pretty damn good for a decent hotel on I-Drive in the middle of summer.

If you were at the show last year you'll know the Hotel is very convenient to all of the Orlando attractions / theme parks. Most are only a few miles away. In fact there's plenty to do right out the front door on I-Drive.

It really helps us out if you book a room at the International Palms for the show so please stay there if you can. Make sure you follow the instructions on the page above to book the room. We've had reports that it's not giving out a confirmation e-mail/notice when you book which is well, not great obviously. Unfortunately we don't have any control over the Hotel booking page but we will certainly bring it to their attention. If you are unsure if your reservation went through just call the Hotel. Or in fact, you can just call them directly to book just make sure you mention Game Warp when you do.

I booked over the phone, cause we are staying there for a week. The link for the event booking was only allowing to stay until Sunday the 28th! Still no confirmation email, so it may be their server....

I just used the online registration, and it seemed happy to give me the $89 a night for Gamewarp.  Not sure how long this should remain working, so if you haven't yet...

The online registration seems to have limited selection at this point, but calling directly still works, in fact street rates may even be less than group rate

Just a FYI, as of this morning they didn't have rooms available for sat. at the gamewarp pricing. Used a AAA discount and it still worked out though.

AFAIK there's still rooms, just that GameWarp will not get the "credit" for the extra bookings they are bringing in due to the hotel's policy of limited slots at the event price.  Can use the FL/GA resident deal.

My AAA was $3 cheaper than gamewarp old price. But there out of gw rooms anyways. That's what made me ask about AAA!

I was just able to book under the gamewarp rate. They said bookings have ended but allowed me to still book. He did say they were short on rooms.
