Anyone know what would cause this. Pcb, monitor chassis? Anyone point me in right direction?

what monitor is in the cab? have you tried a different board (if you have one) or swap monitor signal to another monitor? at least then can determine if its monitor or board issues

i agree with mick. i'm thinking PCB or wiring, though.

unique conversion. that sucks...wonder what would plug and play, board wise?
