Not sure who had the South Park but if it was a great condition game I would be intrested in that. We could work out a trade where Matt gets the cash. You get the Houdini and I would get the South park. Just an idea. South park needs to be excellent condition for me to be intrested. If not no big deal. GLWTS!

Unfortunately, it is not an excellent condition game :'( Maybe I will start working on improving the condition, because this would have been an awesome deal.

Selling a Brand new Houdini for 5k? That would be crazy. Used market is slow right now. Give it some time 5700 is a steal. When it sells at 5700 the guy that missed the opportunity will be kicking himself.
