Do you own my old Junkyard or did you just use one of my pictures? I fixed two issues like this before. One on my BSD and one on khabbi's LOTR's. On the LOTR'S, the problem was on the inverted ramp that kicks the ball straight up out of the playfield and 180's it into the left ramp. Kind of looks like a candy cane shape. I slowed the balls down by putting a strip of Velcro (the fuzzy piece) up inside the 180 curve. It can't be seen and instantly solved the issue 100%. the fix I did on BSD was on the diverter. Same fix applied and solved the issue. The only thing is, you can see the Velcro strip on BSD. You hardly notice it though. You can use black, white or even silver Velcro to blend it. I cut the piece to the measurement of the metal diverter plate so it looks like it belongs there. It doesn't look bad at all and it is a permanent fix to your problem. The Velcro just slows the ball down enough to eliminate the problem. I am not sure if this fix will apply to your Junkyard. Good luck!

When I had junkyard, I had this too. I tinkered with the leveling, more so on the right side, with raising the back. It made the shot a little more challenging, and the ball only dropped very infrequently.

The velcro should work. and I have heard of people placing dot size rare earth magnets strategically.

I use the Velcro on the side walls, not the bottom of the track. I am not sure if the area your talking about is a wire form. I don't know if it will work if it's a wire form.
