he bought down a game from orlando and the seller wrapped it perfectly...

then donny and i rode to tamarac, and i picked up a game i repaired a year ago (when i was trying to buy it, the guy reallly loved it. so i fixed it. then the price tripled!). he claims to have owned it since the early 80s, and i just reached out off a year and a 1/2 old email to ask about it.

i was looking for a pitch and bat for longer than i've been into pinball for:

huge thank you to donny. i think upper deck would have been a "bit" of a challenge for the crx! i'd be better off putting the honda drivetrain onto upper deck and driving that home.

only degreased the cabinet so far, will have to dive inside and get all the mechanics up to par, but it's working :)

Wow, looks like beautiful original condition!   I love em stuff with really cool mechanical devices.

Incidentally, I love the photo juxtaposition of a bare VHs tape, next to a Droid or whatever, laying atop a 70's Bally pin.   Highlight, crop, add sepia tones, frame it, and a bunch of people in sweaters and bold glasses frames can have 2 hour discussions about it with cheese and wine!  ;)
