can anyone fix these

my 39 in1 devolped a graphics glitch, it on my testing rig and would like to get it working.
taking on monitor chassis repair. wells gardner u2000, k7000 19 and 25 inch, k7201, k7203 , k4600, k4900, k7400, k7500 med rez. electrohome G0-7.. sanyo ez20
I can also build complete monitors with fresh burn free tubes.

I thought they were pretty much throwaway... prob not worth the effort to fix with a new one being $60, and aren't the components surface mounted?
Putting the "fun" in dysfunction every day...

yeah the cost of probably repairing it vs. a new one just isnt worth the time or effort, as its prob a surface mount chip or something, just find another cheap JAMMA board
