Wha was it that wanted stripped playfields?

wanted them for the wall, if I member right he said something about "going all the way around the upper , somethiing or other"....
 I stripping a stained dirty Williams "Gay 90s" and the playfield will actually be stripped, not all that bad looking. its dark like they can get when they are left in a dirty spot like a basement of something where they lived under 5 inchs of dust.
 Anyway at the tie I said I had one at that time and they never contacted me. I think they were up north of Orlando or something.
ANyone remember who that was?
