Megatouch Live question

Is anybody familiar with a Megatouch live ? I have a chance to buy one but everything I am reading says it has to be connected to Merit Server. Looks like there might be a offline version. How can I tell ?

Hi Paul

Here’s some of what I have heard ...someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Megatouch did offer an offline version

Machines without the offline ability / version will not boot.

Some of the ML versions EVEN when fixed were very buggy and some people just recommend going back to the Megatouch Rx.

Certain folks may be using ghosting and using Linux hacks etc etc
