I have to thank Donny for his dedicated run to get this. I did not want some bonehead screwing it up.

This was the heaviest game I have brought up with my stair climbing dolly. What a task. Donny was crazy enough to stabilize it from the bottom.  Lol!

Awesome Todd! 

One of my favorite games and the sit-down with the unique background and controls are just BAD ASS.  Congrats on your pickup, this fits extremely well in your Vector collection.  I played the hell out of Omega Race at Cax last year.   

I would have totally jumped on this one if I just had space!!  (how many times has anyone heard that?). 

I need to stop by and drop some stuff off anyways sometime, and I need to play this!  And I'll take anyone on who wants to go for high scores.

that is truly stunning and a very cool cockpit, and the pic of it at bottom of stairs is just  :o

never played it till recently and was impressed on how fun the game is, and really is one of the more fun vectors, and the cabinet and art on that looks amazing

nice find, and kudos to Donny to bringing back the beast  :)

Thanks all. I've been practicing and I don't think I am ready to take anyone on yet. Im lucky to get 80k on the three ship setting. I have a feeling Khabbi is like an arcade savant and will do that on his first guy but I will accept that challenge. The winner can have the pick of one game from the others collection. You do believe my high score is around 80k don't you?

Actually, last year at CAX was the first time I had played Omega Race in about 20 years, so I'm still pretty stale at it.  Look forward to getting over there and playing it for sure!

Todd, I have to say an AWESOME addition....I never saw an Omega Race in a sit-down config., just as an upright. I agree with Hamster it is a one of my favorite games.  And the best thing, you live close by....woooow hoooo!

What is the weight of that beast? 400? Without a dolly that would be back breaker.....

And to khabbi, I got you beat, I counted up the years since I last played OR, last time was in 1980....32 years!  Hopefully Todd will be nice to break that spell......

Great job again Todd.  SW Florida Rocks!
