Looking for a   1969-1970 mustang fastback  i asked Thomas to look  at a car for me 3 weeks ago  and here it is
 http://s509.photobucket.com/albums/s332/hermankane/70%20mustang/?albumview=slideshow

the car is 7500 and supposedly runs and drives  and even stops however it  would need work,  but if you know mustangs they can be pricey, i am a little hesitant right now though  ,  My question to the other car   people  out the do you know of any other cars  in this price range i am looking for something fun yet that not gonna cost me 2 arms and 3 legs   Grin

thanks

take any classic muscle car in the lower price range and it will need work, unless some miracle happens, you know full well what a decent restored fastback is worth, and honestly the one you found that runs, drives, stops and does need work isnt a bad basis, consider that pile of rust you wanted at 2k and that was bare and more work than you could ever do, whereas the 7500 is useable as is, and most of the fixes are pretty straightforward if you take time and read up on it, I am happy to help where I can, and when I can, if you want a cheap muscle car then just get the best you can for your buck, like that chevelle.  You are going round in circles again with this, if unsure, bank the cash and just move on.

The muscle car market is declining still, so cars will just end up getting cheaper until the market turns around again, assuming it does. What that means is, if you wait, you may get a better car for the same money. On the flip side, if the MC market bounces back soon, you may never see a better car, or an equal car for the same money....

I can't see the pics here at work, so I'll try to remember to check later.
