And the insanity continues...
« on: June 09, 2008, 01:18:35 AM »
Hey Guys,

Ok, the latest in the insanity column is this...I DON'T want out of the Hobby, I just need to seriously downsize AGAIN.

Over the years, I have taken on many, many projects that truly need to be finished...most of the joy I get out of this hobby is
the actual restoration process, after that I kinda tend to get bored with a game, and either send it out to location, or hang on to it and sell it.

A list of my pending projects is in order as follows:

1. Galaga 3 (almost done)
2. Guns N Roses (needs a few more parts, almost done...sold already)
3. Ms. Pac Cabaret (currently starting)
4. Burgertime
5. Root Beer Tapper
6. Asteroids Deluxe Cabaret

There are quite a few more, but I think this should keep me busy for at least a little while.

Now, since my life-altering moving has gotten me to modify my perspective on my life, I think my best choice
"Right Now" is to sell off the games that I do have, in order to build up capital and make the safety net that I already have a bit wider
and more able to withstand punishment from unexpected debt, moving again, job loss, etc. To put it another way, I think the best thing for me
right now is to have real cash available to me over my toys, as the future is always uncertain. The Galaga 3 will never leave me, but the others
I have no such sentimental attachment to , so they should go.

Here's what I currently have available for sale. (Trades are also considered, but sale is my ultimate goal.)
The low prices I am listing are ONLY for REGULAR MEMBER/POSTERS of The Village...meaning I have met you at least once at a Village function/auction, or know your handle right off the top...everyone else pays more.

All of these games are working 100% and in nice condition

Revenge From Mars Pinball: $2000 to regulars. $2500 to everyone else.
Dedicated Millipede $400/600
Dedicated Road Blasters U/R  $300/500
Conversion Jungle Hunt $250/$350
Dedicated Pole Position Cockpit (unrestored, but working) $300/$500
7 head sticker machine with $200 worth of top stickers (simpsons, hanna montana, etc) $300/$500
Baseball themed gumball pinball dispenser $250/350

LMK if any interest...they are all hittin craigslist/ebay pretty soon.

Still love the games, though.

I can certainly vouch for the condition of the RFM...totally beautiful condition, looks and plays like new...someone will be very happy with this one.  Whoever got that Grand Champion score on that game should be named the "King of Coin- Op"!  :)
