I thought Dan was being humorous with that statement, 17 pins is obviously enough by far, and more than most have. It's actually more pins than we've had people at a few of these!
(FYI, you don't have to have a massive collection of pins to host one of these things, a few to half dozen is plenty, we will play anything). The bigger question would be if the Pops group would be willing to drive to Sarasota. for a party, that's a pretty far haul to play pins for most. I'd suggest if serious then maybe post a poll, or just do a party anyway for mostly the guys in your area like Tampa/ Sarasota and see if any Pops guys will go, same as what we just did here. Maybe time for the Gulf Coast flippers society to start up?
