Have a flipper that sticks up for a second or so, I've changed plunger and link, coil sleeve, spring, coil stop, have plenty of space between it and the playfield bushing seems fine, only thing left is the coil. So anyone have a suggestion?
I had a similar issue in the past. It turns out I had too much clearance from the flipper to the playfeild bushing. The weight of the flipper pushing the link down into the coil sleeve caused enough drag to have an intermittent sticking problem. Try moving the clamp on the flipper rod up a bit to make the plunger sit in the middle of the bushing (not dragging the bottom of the coil sleeve at rest) and see if it helps.
