this guy bought a new james bond, and wanted a new plastic, for a normal stern issue, in any given new game.
his plastic curved up slightly...new out of box.
stern doesn't sell new single plastics. so he complained about us.
stern would not warranty this. i worked with this guy, over the phone.


Jeff Satinoff
purchased a used game, then got upset that he purchased a used game.
i know nothing about this deal.


Gregg Glasel
this guy straight up lied. he's a tallahassee resident, that leaves mothing but negative reviews.
needs to be choked.
