We'll give the hotel a call today and get this straightened out for you.

This is the problem with all of these 1-800 reservation lines. The phone operator is probably in a foreign country, has no clue what is going on, and is just pissing off potential hotel guests one right after the other.

It looks like we used up all the rooms we had blocked and that is why it is unavailable.  I'm trying to get in touch with the person I worked with originally so we can get more rooms added.  I will update as soon as I hear from her.

So I think the problem should be resolved now and as of this afternoon there are rooms available.  You can call either the hotel or the national reservations line but you might want to try the national line as I think they are training someone new at the local hotel.

I called the national number and made a reservation. The guy said that the group rooms were already booked up, but that he would put a note in to try and get it through locally. Afterwards, I called the local number and asked if they could set me up. I got a call back about 30 minutes later, and they were able to add me in to the group rate. Thanks for making this possible!

Sorry for all of the confusion on the room reservations.  I didn't realize it but was told this morning the discount code can only be used when the reservation is made through the local hotel directly - if you call the 800 number the code will not work.
