TBPL Meetup this WED, MAR 19th

Hey guys! The next official TBPL Meetup will be at 7pm @ Octave and FUBAR, on WED, MAR 19th, starting at Octave.  If I can figure out the software in time, we will be trying a new PinGolf format. Basically, all games are set to 5 balls. There is a printed objective IE 30m on TAF, where each ball counts as a stoke. The Golfer that completes the course, IE row of pins, with the lowest strokes wins. If the software is not ready, we will use the previous format.

There will be a $5 entry, with a payout of 1st = 60%, 2nd = 30%, 3rd 10%

Another great night, nice to see the returning players as well as a few new ones.

We played two games on each machine this time and had a tie for 2nd place, I had too many beers....

What a Great Night! Thanks for everyone that came out. We ended out doing our standard format, but played two rounds on each game. There was a tiebreaker for 2nd/3rd which was settled on a game of TAF. Can't wait till next month. Thanks guys!

Thanks to all who assisted in making this another great event. The games all played  tight and the competition is really picking up. I got to see 2 monster games in tourney play, Rat on T 3 and Josh on ID. Great job ! I had to leave @ 10:00 and the results were not in. I would like to donate any winnings to Project Pinball c/o TBPL. I am really impressed with all they do to promote pinball and I hope to see this league  grow and follow their lead in this area. It was also nice to hear that the operator splashed the pot , I hope we get to see more pins on location that are well maintained and in playable condition. See you next month.
