Damn, looks nice but this ^^^^^ kills it.

We went from $3kish to $4kis to $5kish to $6kish in a silly small amount of time on the 'standard' pins. The cost of manufacture couldn't have gone up by that much that quickly so I suspect Stern is just trying to bleed the hard core fans that are left buying pins. Ie if you can afford $5k for a pin surely you can afford $6k.. etc. Plus the LE bump of nearly $3k for just a few odds and ends that couldn't possibly cost more than a few hundred to manufacture.. bummer

Maybe I'll catch a used one down the line but I can't justify the price. I actually like the art package on the pro better.

You can get a better street price, but still a lot of $$$

That said really liking it, seems to be the best art package since Metallica. Maybe better!

Yeah that's true. I wonder if it will be possible to snag a pro around $5k.. that would be my absolute limit.

Sucks the pro will be missing quite a few gadgets but no way a ghost projection and a ramp is worth $2,000 - $3,000.. yikes!

I agree the art package is really nice. Photoshop art sucks!

When does it stop?  I know as longs as folks are buying, then Stern won't change their practice. And it doesn't look like JJP will make a bit of difference.   O well,   Like you said maybe a year or 2 down the line folks may pick one up on the cheap.

Can't wait to play someone else's GhostBuster.

Love the way the LE looks, but not paying that kind of $ for one.

Who knows how this one will flow and feel in person?  And, how will the code be?  Another X-men or Kiss?  After Stern has left us Kiss owners hanging for so long, I can't give them any more $.

It's interesting to see all they hype from a non-buyers perspective when you've been in the middle of the hype on prior releases... Best of luck to all the GB buyers at release!  It's a fun, exciting time.

I'm very excited as a GB fan, and I think the game looks great. That's MSRP price, dists can get you a better price than that.

Can't wait to try it, if it's real good (I've heard rumors up till now that D. Sullivan was working on code for this along with GOT, dunno if that's changed) I'd def buy one.
