I seen part of Todd's Car Collection and its very impressive, Herman if you sold those pins you might be able to tempt Todd to part with one of those 69 Fastbacks :-)

thanks guys for the complements!  I did replace the automatic in the GTO with the dated coded correct M-21, when I added the triple carbs.

Thanks Todd

All those cars suck and have no horsepower.  That's my report until you let me drive them all! Warm up the  Ferrari!  ;D

lol

The ferrari would actually be at the bottom of my "want to drive" list, but then I really have never liked the 308/328 cars...

Todd: I completely missed that part of the GTO description. Very nice then :)

Web page looks good.

What's the deal on the '73 Falcon from Oz?  I don't know much about them...

Also, doesn't the routine maintenance put the 308 to being impractical (vs the other cars)?  $3k for a 30k service?  Also, have you replaced the fuse block in it yet?  Read somewhere they are a nagging issue.  I'd love a 308 / 328 and would even pay current going rate, but the service scares the hell out of me.

Putting the "fun" in dysfunction every day...

I think I would want a compressor to go with that factory AC on the "Death Sentence" Mustang ;D

And a Bullitt clone with a small block, sacrilegious!

yep the compressor was removed in the 69 Death Sentence, but being a movie car I left it the way it was , I agree with the small block in the Bullit Mustang, I have not updated it yet on the web site, but it now has a 68 dated coded correct 390 big block with GT heads, and I put front wheel disc kit with coil overs in the front so it handles fantastic, if you read the decription of the Starsky and Hutch car, the Bullit motor is now in that, since the one in the Starsky never ran right, I will update the Bullit description soon. Thanks Todd

I love the 73' Falcon XB  GT , Australias muscle car era was from 1970 to 1978 unlike ours when the last true muscle was 1972. The XB GT was used as the Black Road Warrior car, with a front light and spoiler kit etc, the actual original car is alot cooler, it is actually a very rare car only 962 built between 73-76 mine is 1 0f 62. I actually bought the car in Australia and had it shipped here, it actually is in super nice shape all the parts have been stripped because it is going to go to paint soon.

As for the Ferrari you are right about the service that is why I did major research before picking this one up, as long as the major services are done at 30, 60 and 90k they do not require that much, my 60 K service was done before I got it, I have all the service records but you are right those 30/60/90 k services run around 3000 to 5000 dollars quite pricey, the next thing you have do is drive the car it is not good for it to sit, the worst thing for it! As long as the major services are done you can work on it yourself, I reccommend getting a carburated model they have the most horsepower and are worth the most, they were produced from 77-80 all the 308s are identical from 77 to 85 except for the engine specs.  best are 77-mid  80 the carb models, second best are 84-85 the quatro valves least are ;ate 80-83 the fuel injected lowest horsepower and oil burners. Thanks Todd

Personaly i would love an old 69-70 mustang fastback , i have found a couple that i guess are just shells, Question iw what does one do when they want a old car, there new car is not selling and they dont want to get rid of there other collection, is it really worth it to buy a shell of a 69-70 fastback  mustang for 18-2000 $
