Certainly there must be swivels that were used for CRTs still in existence.

DK - that's a cool little bugger!  :)  Hey - I have an old Cherry Master bartop cabinet with a swivel base that you can have for free if you are ever in the area and want to stop by to pick it up (see pics).  It's not very fancy, very old school...and yes it is just like a lazy Susan.  I don't know if you could make it work with your machine, but it's yours if you want it.
