Iron Maiden - Agree, show was great, really enjoyed it. We had floor tickets moved up pretty close was just left of the mosh pit wanna-be. They sounded just as good as they did 40 years ago IMO when I saw them back in 82. Moved around the stage pretty good for a bunch of old guys. Scorpions last month when I saw them not so mobile. Nice view from above also, thanks for sharing photos.

Deadlander and us all went too, and my bud from Atlanta flew down too.  I think that was my 11th or 12th time seeing them?  First tour was Piece of Mind.  I agree, they sounded great, I think having two years off helped Bruce get his voice in shape.

Ha! Yeah Atticus and I were also at the Iron Maiden show, but that wasn't the last show we saw. Two days later we saw Lorna Shore at The Abbey in downtown Orlando.

I went to the Tried-N-True Tour this past Saturday and it was super awesome.

It was Alien Ant Farm, Lit, and Hoobastank!

Saw Hoobastank last weekend and they were great. Were in the right place and got to do a meet and greet with them before the show. Had front and center and got all sorts of mementos during the show and afterwards Doug Robb came out and took pictures and signed stuff for us. My wife is the one who wanted to see them and I'm glad we went because is was a lot of fun.

Two weeks ago saw Live and pretty much the same. Ed's voice is still like he was in his 20s.

Couple of weeks before that saw Kansas again.

Two months ago saw Deep Purple and The Marshall Tucker Band. Both were great.

I know there were a couple of others this year but can't think of them right now. Seeing about 20 more shows this summer and it is easy to lose track. I even went through the hassle of getting Aerosmith / Black Crowes tickets today, damn they were expensive and hard as hell to even get. Love me some Black Crowes though.

Duran Duran last night at Amalie. First saw them in Feb. '84 at the Richfield Colosseum and it was a total blizzard, barely made it home and got snowed in for a couple days.

Nile Rodgers and Chic opened and they were really good, lot's of energy. Bastille was next and they are okay but honestly they should have opened as they have a couple decent songs but Chic is all hits start to finish that everyone knows. Duran Duran was great. Almost 40 years later and Simon hasn't lost his pipes. One of those bands that it would be impossible to play everything you want to hear but they hit a pretty good mix.

So I literally never ever listened to The Misfits but certainly knew of them.
A friend was a huge fan so I figured why the hell not as Megadeth was opening up for them.
The Misfits with mostly original line-up and Glen Danzig was freaking great!
What a freaking Halloween feel of a some in Summer!

I saw them at Florida Theater, bad audio,
saw them at Dailys Place which is newish and high tech, sucked again!
Love and Rockets wasn't that great either, thankfully they were cheap seats...
