most of mine just come from tow auction cars/bikes. I purchased a couple of vanity plates off of eBay.

Ive got a "mailer' like for a 8x10 foto that the plate will fit in. Ill be off to the Post office tomrrow but Ill get back on here to let you know its definatley "in the mail"
 so, like they say, Ill get back to you bud!

got arizona's sample plate as well.

edited on what i said earlier:

Arizona and Washington. via email requests. arizona sends a sample plate. washington sends a clean used plate. both free.

Ohio and Washington, DC should send plates. I mailed a request to addresses below, recently. will advise if they show up.

sent mail to: DC Department of Motor Vehicles, PO Box 90120, Washington, DC 20090. Attn: Sample Auto License Plate
