I guess the guys are just fine considering all the circumstances of this case. There was a lot of hype about this case at the time, but if you go into the details (they don't disclose them for some reason), it's a little different.
As I recall, the case got a lot of hype. Even {SPAM LINK REMOVED} talked about it, but for some reason, the guys on the bikes didn't seek lawyers or go to court. Well, I guess the cyclists were supposed to ride in the dedicated lane and not obstruct traffic. Because of the constant change of direction, they had an accident, otherwise, how can you explain hitting a cyclist (on the legs) if he was moving flush with the car... there are many understatements, although the operation was really difficult.
