I am a HUGE fan of both Rush and Iron Maiden.  MUCH Bigger fan of Maiden (... will be seeing them in mid-July in Virginia!)
That being said, I think Rush has a MUCH larger appeal to the masses....  But Maiden seems to have more die-hards....

Tough call from a "What would sell" perspective, but I think Rush would be awesome.  Especially to replace that expensive snooze fest of the Beatles.
Pins: Iron Maiden, The Addams Family, Simpsons Pinball Party, Fish Tales, Goldeneye, Terminator 2, No Fear
Arcade: Galaga (MAME), Ice Cold Beer, Defender (JROK-multi), Donkey Kong/Donkey Kong Jr

I guess I’m an outlier because I have no interest in a Rush pinball game. Honestly, I can only stand their music for minutes at a time.

I’d love to see NiN, a new GnR or Beastie Boys.

I would say we are probably closer to seeing a second GnR machine than we are any of the others we have discussed. The band is clearly still viable (as evidenced by their continuous touring schedule the last 2-3 years) and it just seems to be a good "fit" for a pinball theme.

Nine Inch Nails you will never see, unless someone (probably k7) creates a one-off. And, while I love, love, love The Beastie Boys I can't see that being a viable theme for mass production either.

P.S. Your distaste for Rush makes me sad. You must hate Canadians.  ;D
Current Barn Want List: Quantum, Timber, Star Castle, Zookeeper, Congo Bongo, Journey, Black Widow, Warlords C/T, Williams Duramold, Nibbler or Eyes.

Hit me up if you have any of these for sale, complete, project, or otherwise.

Well maybe not Stern, but Soooky made Alice Cooper and Rob Zombi, so you never know. Like IM or MET, these are mainly horrific themes, which seems to be the major trend lately (Elvira 3!!!)

Has one of you ever heard an hip hop song used for pinball soundtrack?

Nothing is coming to mind.

Aerosmith’s Walk this Way was a crossover song performed with RUN DMC, but that version wasn’t used of course.

A mediocre theme can still be a fun and great game with the right design team on layout, code, soundtrack, lights and art.

However a great theme can easily be ruined by the wrong team.

I was right and wrong at the same time. It's Jurassic Park, designed by Keith Elwin, but their 1st release after this post was SW standard.
The table looks very fun, but still think it's a meh theme. Art might be better than the data east og, but... Meh.
