Possible FREDDY NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET Mod...
« on: July 10, 2019, 01:56:04 PM »
If there was EVER a pinball theme that deserved dark, gritty playfield artwork, it was Gottlieb's Freddy/Nightmare on Elm Street game.

Sadly, after overdosing on a tragic combination of LSD, cocaine, Skittles, and chewable headache tablets, they delivered something from a paint-by-numbers kit. Back in my pin re-theming days I came close to buying one just do re-do the pf art.

That being said, if you like the colors, there is a line of 6 inch action figures coming out the end of July in the style of 'scooby-doo show' villains, and Freddy is one of them.

this is one of the best themes in pinball...ever....BUT!!!! gottlieb got the license. :(

any toys, or art, or anything you can add, is a plus. but end of day. the gameplay lacks replay value. from someone that purchased one, and sold it at a huge loss months later...
