Thank you. We feel that if you pay these prices for pinball machines the least we can do is stand behind the games we sell for 2 years. This is the longest warranty in the industry.  Absolutely nobody does it better! We consider our customers and this community our family.  We want to show you we are here for you every step of the way. If you have a game that we did not sell you we still want to help. We have more on road technicians then any other amusement company in the industry.

My Wonka LE is getting delivered today! Had soooo many meetings at work today too buuuuttttt I thought "Pshhhhhh screw adulting! I want WONKA!" Yep, actually happened and this time all 10 voices in my head agreed, so that was a first.  :o ;D

Anyways, now i have to figure out how to get it upstairs. Hmmmmm I wonder how the bother-in-laws back feels?

I'll post some pics tomorrow.

Congratulations on another game! Wonka looks fantastic next to Pirates.  All of our games have been great so far. I have faith in Jersey Jack Pinball. There customer support and professionalism has always been top notch. All I have to say is buy from a great distributor that always takes care of thier customers. Here at Amusement Services of America we have the longest warranty in the industry.  2 Full years! We stand behind everything we sell. I will shout it from the roof tops! TWO YEAR WARRANTY! Yes in all caps! I created this thread so it only makes sense for me to post comments in it when my customers post there excitement or experiences. If you do not like this thread perhaps you should do your reading elsewhere. Not sure what it was that offended you but I do hope you get over it soon. I try to limit the amount of threads I post so it is not overwhelming or one sided. I truly do not want to make this thread anything other then informative and true experiences of people with there Wonka's. If you have something to say unrelated to the topic of this thread please call me directly and we can discuss in a private manner.

One of the best places to play pinball just got a whole lot better. Congratulations on your new games. Happy to help. Soon to have every JJP game all under one roof. If you are near the area I highly suggest stopping in for amazing food and one heck of a pinball line up.

We take responsibility of the warranty process for the first two years after the sale. Both New and Pre owned games that are sold through Amusement Services of America will have this 2 year warranty.  Some manufacturers have 1 year others have 90 days. This stuff is not your problem and becomes way to confusing for the customer. We warranty the games for two years after the sale. When something goes wrong please call us and we will promptly rectify the issue.  We have more certified technicians working for our company then any other in the industry.  Our nationwide support system reaches the entire United States.

That warranty sure takes a lot of stress off of customers that cannot fix pinball machines.  Do you also fix classic arcade machines ?
