John who?

https://www.tesla.com/cybertruck

Hmm... all stainless-steel exterior. That went well last time someone tried it.

I think they may have overshot the mark a bit on that design. Futuristic pickup truck was several steps back; we're well into videogame territory here. Still better than the Aztek though.

The shatterproof glass didn't work out so well.

lol. video...
musk says when he hit the door with a sledgehammer, it cracked the window, which is why the steel ball broke the window...um. they're shatterproof from your claims...so what? just don't hit the door with a shopping cart ever, and the windows won't break? :P by the way...both windows failed the steel ball test. hilarious.

just like when bill gates introduced windows 98, and it blue screened...friggen gold moment:

and the aztek will be a collector's car soon enough. hate makes for a valueable investment. look at the pintos.

Already 200k pre-orders.
When i saw it i though it was an ugly predesign to keep the true nice design secret. Anyway, 40k is a good price point.

It's not the final design anyway - it can't be, no side mirrors, etc. = not street legal.

The design could change a lot before they're actually selling them. "Production begins late 2021" - so they won't be available until after that, and everything from Tesla gets delayed so... late 2022 before anyone actually has one? Don't hold your breath for the "cheap" one either, they fill all the high-end orders first.
