what version game do you have? i don't see any versions that use that file name for position 1a.

looks like that is a PAL / GAL security chip.

Tried to use TK63.1A, TK263.1A is not working properly!

Sounds like your SOL... unless someone has the same exact board and reverse engineers that chip, your just going to have to convert to another version of Tenchi wo.

since its in mame and mame runs it with no dump, you should be able to reverse engineer the address mapping in mame to generate the logic needed.
