Modded Dreamcast?

I thought I saw somewhere recently where someone was selling a modded Dreamcast that would basically play every DC game ever without having to maintain or swap the CD in the drive.

Anyone here have one of these or know where I can obtain one?

Yep, its a GD EMU you replace the drive with an SD Card Reader.. There is also a mod that you can install a CF Card and use a boot loader.

Just ordered the GD Emu product from Amazon.

Nice!  Looking to do this myself.  Looking on Amazon there’s a bunch of gdemu clones from different manufacturers. What version did you end up with?

I avoided Amazon and went with Ali Express. The stuff on Amazon didn't seem to have the best of reviews.

I 100% agree with Hamster.

I bought a GDEMU direct from the creator quite a few years back.  it's a really simple install.  And if you're patient, he opens up small batch orders every now and then.  He also makes similar mods for other consoles like the Saturn.
