I'm only interested if they made some quality of life improvements (better menus, inventory management, etc.) and also added some new stuff. I'd really want to see some new monster types and new loot too.

If they just improved the graphics...  no thanks.

It's mostly just modern OS support with better graphics.  There are a few quality of life improvements but it's still the same old Diablo II, which is a good thing.
