Williams Millionaire extra connector
« on: June 24, 2022, 12:17:03 PM »
I recently purchased a non working Millionaire. Upon opening the back glass I noticed a 4 pin connector not connected. I cannot find where it goes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Look and see if there was a knocker in the back box that is missing. The other place the knocker would be on the inside cabinet wall.

knocker should only be 2 wires:

exported millioinaires had a rotating light in the top. wonder if it's leftover for that option?

i'm pulling down a manual (to match up the wiring), but that schematics crap is all french to me :P

knocker should be violet and black.

good luck. can't find anything in the manual...trace the wire to where it connects on the MPU, and there's your answer. :)

based on the molex style it id say it most likely doesnt go to the board and is an inline connector. gonna have to dig around. also looks like a ribbon is unplugged below

Thanks everyone for your insight. K7 is correct. I found a thread on inside showing it's a leftover for the export rotating beacon.

Yep I just looked at mine and it’s hanging there, hanging down in the center of the game backbox. I’d show you pictures of mine, but this site is still fucked up from showing any pictures…
