Missile Command Monitor Bezel

I am restoring a missile command and am looking for a source for the cardboard monitor bezel.  Does anyone have one or know of anyone that can reproduce this part?

I don't have one or know of a source.

But by way of clarification, there were like 4 different types of Missile Commands.  I assume you're looking for a bezel for the regular full-size upright one.  They also made a "cabaret" (mini) upright, a cocktail (tabletop) and the rare sit-down ("environmental").  [But I don't really know if the cocktail or sit-down versions even had a monitor bezel. Don't think I've ever played either of those types.]

Darren, yes, full size upright is the one I am restoring.
