Google Search for My Business Disappeared

Maybe someone can help me understand Google Business.
I have my business listed with Google, PC Consultants, in Wesley Chapel for 15+ years, easily.

Noticed my calls stopped coming in about a month ago and did a Google Search yesterday for:
PC REPAIR 33544

I don't come up at all anymore! I used to be in the top 3-4 Google search results but now I don't even come up.
There are like 30 others that do on 2 pages.

This has killed people trying to find my business and have no idea why or how this happened.

If I search for PC Consultants, I get Tampa PC Consultants off MLK in Tampa but not my business. I have owned PC CONSULTANTS
as a Florida ficticious name since 1986 and is still good thru 2024.

If I type in searcg box: PC CONSULTANTS 33544,  I get access to go to my verified business but all my reviews are gone (15+ reviews)  from the last 10+ years.

I have a established customer base which doesn't depend totally on Google Search but I really could use walk up traffic that finds me.

I had a 4.9 Customer Rating, now people can't even find me...Anyone can explain this to me, please... I've been cancelled!

you have to pay to creep up the ladder via a google search. they probably wiped some of the freebie history.

i have reviews scattered around places, but my google reviews have also disappeared...which i just noticed.

same field, and i don't see myself listed on google now, but i prefer that.

Yep, it's like I'm forced to start over w/ Google Business.
I miss all the postitive reviews that kept my foot traffic going. Oh well.....
Not going to anty up...Maybe some future reviews will push me up in the search from not even appearing...

The business I am involved with also disappeared yesterday off Google searches but is back up today.

Did you ever figure this out?  Is yours back up too?

I had to recreate what you see from scratch.

Are my reviews visible? Google email sent to me for MARCH shows ZERO Contacts on all fronts, so my Google based business has been "missing" thru March.

This didn't happen overnight. I was wondering why my phone wasn't ringing anymore and checked to see my site wasn't even visible in Wesley Chapel 33544 when using search: PC Repair 33544

did you have a proper google adwords account and google business profile? or were you just letting it randomly sit on the google searches with no owner?

if you have a google business profile setup for the business, you should be able to open up a ticket with google asking where all the history data went.. otherwise, your pretty much SOL and will need to start over.

i suspect since it was a business listed in a residential area, google removed it with no owner.

PC Consultants will not show up in a Google Search under PC REPAIR 33544
AArons shows up, works from home, only in business for 3+ years. He is like 4th or 5th in the search results for PC REPAIR.
I don't come up in the first 4 pages of search results. Not even come up at all.
So confused right now.

There was an owner on the PC Consultants account. Me.

And I just did a YAHOO SEARCH using PC REPAIR 33544.
We come up in the TOP 3 like we used too in Google Search.
