New to area & pinball
« on: May 08, 2023, 01:05:13 PM »
Hello fellow Tampa pinballers!
I have recently moved to the area was introduced to pinball by some friends. I may have caught a bug because now all I can think about is when I can play again. What I would like to ask is, where are the best places to play in the area? And what games are best for a novice wishing to improve their gaming skills?

Welcome, as stated, lots of places to play.  Replay Museum in Tarpon Springs.  Visit Little Shop of Games in Lutz.  Florida is a very active pinball state.  If you like to drive you are going to have a blast.

Belles & Chimes is for women and happens in a few places, Pinball Lounge In Oviedo is one.

When I first came down to Florida I was told the best party is Al & Julia’s Garage in Deland in December.  I finally made it last year.  Don’t put it off as long as I did.

Tampa has several places:

Parks & Rec ( St Pete ?)
Replay Museum ( Tarpon Ave / 19 )
Lowry Parcade ( North Tampa  [275/waters] )
Little Shop of Games ( Westchase [75/54] )
Artcade ( Winter Haven, FL )
There are also places down in Sarasota, and even farther south you have Pinball Asylum
Going North of Orlando in the Oviedo Area ( North East Orlando ) is Pinball Lounge and District Eat and Play

Haha, I guess us pinball guys are creepy and scary.  Yeah, we kind of are.  A strange lot indeed.

Thank you all for the suggestions! I wasn't aware that there were so many places in the area. Don't think it's going to be a problem finding new games and meeting new people.
