The market is in a downturn at the moment. Consequently, both buying and selling are experiencing declines.

it's a long overdue correction.  Pinball has gotten too expensive and that takes a LOT of people out of the game.  Innovation has been stagnant for a while too.  Sometimes a market that's gotten out of hand needs a reset and I feel like that's what's happening.

I know a lot of people in the US don't get that theme, but don't forget how popular Abba is in europe to this day.

I get that Abba was a mega popular band in Europe but that was 40 years ago.

Is it still a good theme for a pin ? I don't know.

Gotta agree with Brian on this one.  The majority of those people on Twitch are not normal.

I must have been the only guy with a radio in the 70s.  They were pretty popular here as well.

ABBA has sent 20 songs onto the Hot 100 (all between 1974 and 1982)

JMO… I honestly think Covid drove all prices up because everybody was stuck at home. Now that everybody’s getting out and about regularly again, that $6000+ is now going towards family vacations. Game rooms are great, if you live in areas where you get snowed in or basically you have to spend a lot of time in the home. But if you live somewhere, where outdoor activities are a big thing, like here in Florida, I don’t think pinball is a high priority any longer. Now granted some of us newbie collectors are loving it and plan to take advantage. But I totally get where some of y’all that invested $10-$15,000 on a machine and you’re getting 8000 now, I wouldn’t be particularly happy either.
