Need part number for TZ clock optos for rottendog board

Hi all

TZ optos are not registering for the 00 and 45 position. Anyone have a link to the part?  Also any other suggestions?

It looks more like this. It is taller than this one. The rotten dog board is a single board. Original was a stack of 2 boards.

So far this is the only one I found. You might have to mount it raised up to get alignment correct.
