Arcade cab plexi thickness and sourcing?

I have a Dynamo hs-9a without glass and I want to use plexi.  Need a piece that is 25 1/2” square.  What thickness is needed and any recommended sources?

Research the internet for the thickness and contact your local glass shop.

usually it's 1/4 inch thickness, but not sure on a dynamo.

glass for the win. cheaper everytime i've looked, easier to clean, no scratch.

Appreciate the thoughts. I had no idea plexi was this expensive. A 3’x4’ sheet, 0.1 thickness at Lowe’s was $99.  What!?!?  Haven’t bought anything, other non-arcade project priorities at the moment.
