REVIEW: KILL
« on: July 10, 2024, 04:04:28 PM »

After the absolute train wreck that was Monkey God or whatever that Jordan Peele fake bollywood piece of shit was called it's nice to get an actual Hindi action movie.

KILL is equal parts Die Hard on a Train and Scream. Yes, Under Siege 2 was technically Die Hard on a train but that movie was awful.

Some bandits take over a train and kidnap the daughter of a wealthy businessman the daughter of which is the main squeeze of Amrit our Indian Commando. You can probably guess how this goes down, but maybe not.. as they do make some interesting choices here. What is solid is the action.. some great fight scenes throughout and well paced. It's breezy sub-2 hour run time doesn't allow for any song and dance numbers but it still works out.

Indian censorship is funny, god forbid you show two people kiss but by god you can have somebody beat a dudes brains out with a fire extinguisher. I'm fine with that.

Anyway, thumbs up.
