closing this one out. customer didn't have a volt meter, so i had to do some "shotgun" tests.
i had the customer swap the power distribution board, as i've seen about 10 of these fail over the years in a Spike 2.
no go. it was good.
so following a basic stern flow chart, i could prove the power switch worked, and i could prove the sub power board
was not getting it's input voltage. so, dead power supply or a mouse ate the wires. that was what i was left with.
i've seen exaxctly 1 dead power supply in a spike 1 or spike 2 since working at the dudes.
well, now i've had 3. 2 blew up, for customers, in the same damm week.
