Price Check Daytona USA and Maximum Force
« on: July 14, 2025, 01:59:30 PM »
Need a price check on the 2 games. Both look new out of the box. They where bought new and placed in an air condition smoke free home their entire life. Just trying to help an older gentleman out on how to price them. Thanks

which daytona? size reflects price:

single stand up - $600
single sit down - $400
dual sit down - cannot give those away.

maximum force, $400. to someone that doesn't know what they are buying.

Single sit down
Thanks for the info. I think he’s going to have a hard time selling these. Some people think they have gold.

Single sit down

our shop had a single sit down crusin USA. it took 6 months to move that game, sold off with some pinball
machine. the girth with movement is part of the issue with that title.

not apples to apples, but i had an Area 51/Max Force that i repaired, and sold for $250 after months, back in 2010...
it sold with my Code 1 dispatch i grabbed from  a Super Auction. Both gamnes have zero replay value in a home lineup.

i just had a random guy offer me a cocktail asteroids for $1300, out of vermont. in my mostest polite email, i explained
i wouldn't walk next door to pick up a cocktail game for free. he also has a Galaga-axianMan cocktail. :o

I think you can get probably a little more nowadays, but I don't think more than $500-$700 for either.

I personally like A51 and play mine with friends or just by myself maybe once every other week.  Its quick at about 20 mins to finish.
Vids:
"Chewlix" Vewlix knockoff; Dynamo HS-27 w/ Area 51/MaxForce;  Strider (DE "Commando" conversion) ; Centipede Cabaret;  Tempest (MAME), Arcade1up AFM Pinball; Time Crisis 1 (Dynamo Hs5); Neo Geo Goldie Cabaret ; Irem "Madonna" w/ GroovyMame; Sega Blast City w/ Recallbox Setup;  Sega Naomi Universal with Piforce/Net Dimm;

WTB/WTT: Outrun cabaret
