I did a backup of my 60gig hd, installed and 250gig 7200rpm drive and restored it. Everything was easy and worked. This is how consumer electronics should be for normal folks!

Well... I called it 'new console thread' to make this Wii/X360/PS3 related. I still have my ol' piano black PS3.
