IFPA State Finals, Congrats to Village and POPs members!

Congrats to POPs Club's own Kurt Van Zyl for taking 2nd place in the State championships!

Congrats also to Atticus who took it all!

Well lucky me I had Brian d as my first matchup. Due to unfortunate circumstances Sebastian didn't make it so I got Atticus in the first round. Talk about out of the frying pan into the fire... Got to 2-2 and nearly lost the next two. Oh well thats pinball I was expecting to get bageled.  Kurt sailed to victory with a 3-1 and  two 4-0 sweeps into the finals. Played Atticus tough and brought him to game 7. Unfortunately the pin gods didn't totally smile on Kurt today but he was playing out of his tree. Nice to see the central Florida guys represent so well. Really psyched to play APE. Each tournament gets more entertaining. See you guys in a couple of weeks. Nice job Atticus if I had to loose I'm glad it was to the eventual winner. Very impressive win hope you do us proud at the nationals!!!!

Danny,  there's a lot of.... Well badness in the world today. I see it in the court everyday. I've sentenced boys younger than you to the gas chamber.... didn't want to do it.... felt I owed it to them.

I am so thrilled right now for Atticus!  I can hardly contain myself !

Awesome job by everyone earning their way in.

  You should be a very proud papa. Not only did you raise one hell of a pinball player but also a very gracious and well mannered young man. Atticus congratulated and shook my hand after each game he showed excellent sportsmanship throughout the tournament. The future looks bright for competive pinball. Enjoyed playing against him. See you guys in a couple of weeks.
