Good Afternoon Everyone,

I saw a notice that Super Auctions (not on their website yet) is doing an FEC auction in as they put it Ft. Lauderdale/Miami. 

It says Dec. 5, and Dec 13 it looks like SA is in Missouri, didn't see anything about Orlando on the 13th.

Anyone know what location is getting auctioned off?

they have 1 event on their website's calendar, and that's the NJ auction. used to be able to see 6 months in advance.

how did you hear about a south florida auction? miami alone is a HUGE area, but the only suspect location i know of, you don't want what they have.

6% tax puts it in lauderdale, miami is taxed at 7%.

How exactly do you do a "Cash Only" online auction?

actually the skating rink in question was on the west side of the state. Woman that ran the business sold off the nice pieces before skipping out leaving everyone holding the bag. I had a friend go down and try to buy the inventory from the bank last month. Mortgage company had a lien against the equipment (including what had disappeared), business that owned the building wouldn't let anyone in to see exactly what was left in the building because of back rent owed, and when he went over to look thru the doors/windows there was a tax lien seal on the doors. My understanding was it was mostly older redemption, a few arcades and no pins. They will have to truck shit in to make this a worthwhile auction

it's easier for us to go to orlando than anyone to make the trek down here. it will be interesting.
