$200 after plugging it in where it sits and seeing if it will light up, probably the batteries have corroded the boards, and will need replacing. The monitor should display a gray screen of frozen symbols of garbage, if there is movement, then the board is 1/2 alive. If nothing, no screen, then it has sat too long, and if it has Duracell batteries, everything inside could be corroded and need replacing. Maybe $100 or less, depending on guts left. If the batteries were removed, and tries to start up, quickly restart by turning it off/on after a minute of run time, and then it should go thru testing @35 seconds and display game. $300? then. It needs a really good cleaning...
