FS: Restored '84 Eight Ball Deluxe

I have owned this pin for almost 4 years and after much thinking I am ready to pass this project to someone who has the interest and time to finish it.

Playfield:
-NOS clearcoated playfield
-New repro plastics
-New drop targets
-All LEDs
-New posts
-New rubber
-Metal tumbled

Cabinet:
-Marcel from APE restenciled the cab like the 81 cabinet instead of 84 decal cabinet. I was looking for unique. I also think the decal looks ugly. It turned out great
-New side rails
-New playfield glass
-New legs
-New levelers and bolts
-New rectifier board
-Very, very nice coin door w/ new Bally sticker
-NOS Bally shooter rod assembly

Backbox
-New MPU
-Backglass 9.75/10 (rare for this version of EBD)
-New Solenoid DV board
-Rebuilt Squak and Talk sound board

I'm sure there is more, but I don't remember at this time.

What's wrong with the game?
-It is missing the backbox wiring harness. Are they out there to finish this project? I'm sure there is, but I have not found one.
-Flipper coils (included) and a few other items under the playfield still need to be soldered. I have had no desire to finish this until I got the harness

What is this pin worth when done and playing? I would say over 4K. What am I selling it for as-is? $3,250 shipped to your door by Donny, who will be by on Tuesday to pick up another pin.
