what issue are u ha ing with it?  did u test the voltages on tje power supply board?

Yes the voltages are good I will check them again to be sure but that was the first thing I did

well its kinda hard to help ya if we dont know what is wrong.  "not working" is very vague.  does the game boot? rug pattern on the screen? no sound? plays blind?

As I stated earlier it's just garbled image on screen numbers letters and occasionally a sound no sound when you coin up does not blind play I would post a pic of what the screen looks like but my phone won't let me post on here any help would be appreciated

sounds like you have a rug pattern.  that could be several issues.  have you reseated the cpu and the roms?

Reseating the roms usually ends up getting them broken, as by now they are extremely fragile.  He can't replace a ram if one of them are bad, I doubt anyone has one in stock.  Your welcome to bring it over, test it in my game, and I can swap parts around to see if the board is fixable.

There is a guy in Austin Texas that repairs these. He repaired mine a few years ago a did a great job. Just google Arcade Circuit Board Repair.
